Due to the precarious nature of digital goods, refunds on video courses, e-books, guides, and templates are only possible under the following circumstances:
- You accidentally purchased multiple copies of the same product
- Your payment was processed more than once
- The purchase was fraudulent and/or made with stolen payment information
- There is a technical issue with the product that has prevented you from accessing it in any capacity
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:
- You no longer want or need the product
- There’s a discount code that you didn’t know about before making your purchase and you’d like to utilize it
- You don’t have sufficient expertise to understand how to use the product
- You don’t have the software required to use the product
- You’re having trouble accessing the product because of slow internet speeds
- You’re having trouble accessing the product because of a technical issue that is unrelated to the product and/or out of our control
- You claim there is a technical issue with the product but our records indicate that you have already consumed some or all of it
- You claim to be the victim of fraud but are unable or unwilling to provide substantial proof
- Your purchase was accidental
This policy exists to prevent abuse. Issuing refunds on digital goods allows anyone to consume the product without paying for it. Once a digital good is purchased, accessed, and/or downloaded, it is effectively consumed and the sale is final.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong product and would like to exchange the product for access to another product of equal or lesser value, please fill out the form below. Exchanges will only be granted if you haven’t yet accessed or consumed the product in any capacity. This is to prevent abuse.
All sales are final after 30 days. All refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of The Pixel Producer.
Chargebacks are both costly and damaging to the relationship I have with payment processors, and are therefore taken very seriously. Any attempts to charge back will be disputed. In the event of an attempted chargeback, usage rights of any products purchased will be forfeited and any accounts you have with The Pixel Producer will be terminated regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
